I was born and raised in Rome, NY. I received a Bachelor's in Biology with an Athletic Training minor through Houghton College in 2008, followed by training at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage to become a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist. I have gratefully been serving the community through healing touch for the last 10 years. Upon becoming an LMT, I obtained a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Utica College in 2012. I have chosen to devote my career to the manual arts through Massage Therapy. My extensive education and background in the assessment and treatment of orthopedic conditions gives the bodywork great depth and has been referred to as "life changing."    

I offer a unique blend of soft tissue manipulation which effectively restores muscle imbalances and promotes recovery to restricted tissues.Throughout my training and practice, I've had the greatest impact on athletes, individuals stuck in chronic pain, as well as those who have experienced emotional and physical pain through trauma, abuse or neglect.

The combination of deep tissue therapeutic massage along with guided breathing, stretching, and the utilization of active and passive release techniques have proven to be a great supplement to chiropractic care. This work has the power to facilitate a more complete restoration to dysfunctional tissue.
